2. Vehicle Availability and Substitution

• All vehicle bookings are subject to availability. While we strive to provide the exact vehicle model requested, the Company reserves the right to substitute with a different vehicle model of the same class or category (e.g., MPV, sedan, van) if the original vehicle is unavailable due to operational needs.

• No additional charges will be imposed for such substitutions unless the customer requests an upgrade.

3. Accuracy of Information

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate, including full name, contact number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and travel date/time.

• Please verify all details before making any payment. Any errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of the Company.

4. Contact Information

• It is essential that customers provide a valid and reachable telephone number and email address. Inaccurate or non-functional contact details may lead to missed communications or delays in your booking process.

• The Company will not be held liable for any complications or missed services due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

5. Airport Transfer Bookings

• For airport transfer bookings, customers are advised to refer to the “Our Vehicles” page before making any reservations. This helps ensure you select the appropriate vehicle based on your luggage size and group capacity.

• The Company shall not be responsible for mismatch in vehicle size or capacity if this guidance is not followed.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Customer Errors

• All cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Please note that no refunds will be issued for errors caused by the customer, such as wrong booking dates, incorrect locations, or other clearly avoidable mistakes.

• Refunds (if any) are processed only under specific conditions outlined at the time of booking and are subject to administrative fees.

7. Changes by the Company

• Mawaddah Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make necessary changes to bookings, including timing, routes, or vehicle assignments, due to unforeseen operational issues, traffic conditions, or safety concerns.

• Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from delays, accidents, or acts of third parties not under our control.

• While we take all reasonable steps to ensure customer satisfaction, some circumstances may be beyond our control.
